... Are an Alternative Rock group hailing from South Essex.  The band was formed in 2018 featuring Aled Norris on guitar/vox , Alan Izod on bass/backing vox and Liam Wallace who not only plays the drums but is also the mastermind behind their huge live sound. 

Modern Motive had previously been gigging all across the U.K before the Pandemic struck home, but they have since used the enforced hiatus to produce a series of top quality live stream performances, as well as to write & produce new tracks. 

Lyrically, the band take their inspiration from politics, history, and modern-day life - amongst numerous other subjects - whilst their musical styling has been compared to the likes of Manic Street Preachers, Muse and The Killers by reviewers. 

The band have previously released three singles: 'Name Me' and 'Welcome To The New Slave Trade' were the first two songs  - followed shortly after by 'Pure Emotions'. 

All three singles have been syndicated to popular Spotify playlists and have received a growing support from Radio stations worldwide.

The bands fourth , and most recent , single is called 'Mr Materialistic' , and it is available on all reputable streaming and download platforms.
